Donn Hess, Las Colinas Director of Golf

Donn brings over 30 years of teaching experience to Las Colinas, with a proven track record of helping golfers of all skill levels improve their game. Over the course of three decades, I have developed a proven instructional approach that blends clear fundamentals, personalized coaching, and a deep understanding of both the physical and mental aspects of golf.

Whether working with beginners taking their first swings or advanced golfers fine-tuning their competitive performance, I tailor each lesson to the individual’s goals, learning style, and natural strengths. My teaching philosophy focuses on building strong mechanics, improving consistency, and instilling confidence on the course.

Having guided countless golfers to lower scores, greater enjoyment, and long-term improvement, I remain passionate about the sport and committed to helping every student play their best golf.
